Location: *Chicago, IL* Duration: *6 Months* Sr. *ATG* *Developer* to help with the overall site experience for the rewrite of a B2B facing e-commerce site. They are in the initial blueprinting/design stage of replatforming from SAP*s CRM ISA to *ATG*. Keep in mind there is an *ATG* Architect role open also for more experienced *ATG* Professionals!!! *Responsibilities will include:* *Develop thorough, realistic plans that support organizational objectives *Work with internal and external customers to understand their business models and goals and help define strategy, content, and features for design of their web site *Analyze audiences and their information and functional needs *Other Skills Required:* * Strong working knowledge of site design; mastery in principles of Web design (HCI, HTML, CSS). * Strong working knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology. * Working knowledge of User Centered Design Principles and Practices. * Exceptional communication skills. * Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
