Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills 2) Job Title : Business Development Manager - US Staffing (Night Shift) Positions : 4 Location : Kharkhana, Secunderabad Client : AIM COMPUTER CONSULTING Timings : Monday to Friday 7:30 pm to 4:30 am Cab : YES {only dropping for females} Job Summary : Experience as a BDM IT Staffing Operations. Must have prior experience with various Tier-1 Vendors and should be able to identify/target potential vendors in US. Job Details : Minimum 2 years of experience in US - IT staffing Must have prior experience working with various Tier-1 Vendors Should have extensive experience in dealing with Tier-1 vendors for the purpose of sub-contracting Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential clients. Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to the existing clients. Understanding US Tax terms and Visas, Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants Prioritizing the open requirements and assigning to the recruiters. Constantly interacting with vendors (Tier 1) to understand their resource requirement.
