*NEED Certified Sales Force Consultants* * * *I need two SFDC consultants for these positions** at our direct client. Duration is 6 months. All inclusive rate is preferred.* * * *Position 1** (Current/Old - IT Department Open Requirement – New Description)* *Title**: Senior Salesforce.com Consultant/Architect *– this person will report directly to the Director of Systems Development, leading 1 or more individuals, and will have primary responsibility in defining and implementing solutions in SOA/Cloud-based environment. Responsibilities to include: - Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgrades - Executes all configuration changes (this may involve simply changing field names or could be more work-intensive project such a re-mapping fields and field value or doing a record update project that may require tools such as the Apex Data Loader or Excel Connector) - A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. · Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team focused over-delivering customer’s needs. · Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. *Required Skills*: * Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Administrator Preferred * Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer Required * Typically requires 5 - 8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * Strong technical design skills with a creative flare in devising products and solutions to meet business needs * Knowledge of enterprise systems; CRM, SFA, and ERP * Client-focused attitude.
