People Tools, Peoplesoft Application, PeopleSoft Development Tools, PeopleSoft Internet Architecture and Middleware Platforms. *Title: Sybase DBA with Weblogic Admin experience* *Location : **Jersey City*,*NJ* *Duration : 6+ months* ** Expert knowledge of Sybase, database concepts, development and administration Sybase Development and/or Application DBA experience, strong Sql, T-Sql, PlSql, DM*/Data Dictionary knowledge, OLAP skills highly preferred. Well rounded system and application DBA skills a must. Expertise with Sybase 12/15, Oracle 10g+, Sql 2005+ Data Warehousing, Partitioning, Compression, Materialized/Indexed Views, ETL scripting, Data Integration across Heterogeneous Rdbms’ (Sybase, Oracle, & MsSql) and file/ structured/ webservice/ xml data sources, Data Archival/ Purge techniques and managing very large databases (1TB plus). Experience with Oracle Weblogic Application server. Must have extensive and proven troubleshooting, recovery, db and app optimization & administration experience in large and mission critical enterprise environments (50+ managed servers). Experience in building/ administering Sybase & Oracle solutions on RedHat Linux, Windows, and AIX in a SAN environment using SRDF, RMAN and OEM.Strong Unix/Linux, Windows experience, Programming & Shell scripting skills, Perl.
