Position: IT/ Technical Recruiter Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) & Madhya Pradesh Office IT/ Technical Recruiter Responsibilities Include: * Identifying qualified technical resources for our clients open contractor positions * Reviewing resumes * Contacting the resource and conduct initial screening (overall qualification, communication skills) * Reference checking * Formatting resumes * Candidate follow up * Setting up Interview and more. Experience / Skills Required: * Recent experience recruiting for staffing firms is a MUST for this position * Minimum of 1+ years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals * Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools * Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements * Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time * Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume requisition workload * Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology * Proven ability to cultivate relationships with technical professionals * Must be familiar with social networking techniques * Must have strong organization skills and ability to multitask * Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills * Must be able to communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment * Must have exceptional customer service skills * Competent in all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle * Strong existing network of technical resources preferred * Must be well versed with all leading technologies like SAP, Oracle, Java, .NET etc * Must be familiar with US Tax terms (Corp to Corp, 1099, W-2 etc) * Must be willing to put standard US Central time hours (Night Shift) * Manage relationships with recruitment vendors. * Ability to work unsupervised but also be part of a team environment.
