The Job Description for the Job: Oracle PL SQL Lead for Global Media and
Telecom is as follows:
Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming
• Strong in Database architecture
• Strong Performance Tuning of SQLs and Database
• Architect the solution based on the requirements.
• Excellent communication in verbal and written.
• Advanced software development skills
• Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously.
• Software development and maintenance practices and methodologies
• Developing UNIX scripts
Roles and Responsibility:
• Architect, Design, develop, debug, and implement commission
applications
• Estimate and manage development effort required for projects and
adhere to established release schedules
• Provide clear and consistent communication of project status both
internally within IT and with Business Stakeholders
• Ensure that issues and risks are identified, understood and dealt
with in a manner that mitigates risk to scope, cost, and schedule
• Develop and maintain standard project documentation - project plans,
agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to company
Work Initiation and Software Development Lifecycle best practices
• Plan and facilitate meetings; provide meeting minutes
