*Position: BI **Data Architect * Duration: 12+ months Location: Sunnyvale, CA *Job Role:* · Architect data warehouse solutions for complex business operations including ETL architecture and data modeling. · Design, plan, document and implement IT projects in the areas of data management and reporting · Conduct requirements gathering with senior business executives and users to plan a roadmap of project activity that leads to measurable improvement in business performance metrics/ KPIs over time · Own one or more business processes, and the corresponding customer relationship in a functional area, and focus on anticipating issues and customer needs in that functional area. · Lead cross-functional integration effort to load, manipulate, audit, and report on data in internal business systems as well as make data updates to the systems using complex SQL statements *Qualifications:* · BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. · Development experience in designing and delivering data integration/data warehousing/ business intelligence solutions. · Prior experience in the space of systems and data analysis. · 5+ years of industry experience. · Must have a background that shows ability and interest to work with a variety of data integration technologies (ETL and SQL) to solve problems · Strong database development including proficiency in ETL tools and SQL programming.
