This patch will make sure VXLAN tunnels with and without the group
based policy (GBP) option enabled can not coexist on the same

In theory, VXLAN tunnel with and without GBP enables can be

Dpdk port representors were introduced in dpdk 18.xx.
Please find example commits in [1] and dpdk representors documentation

This commit enhances dpdk port type by supporting representors ports.
Please note a sample configuration which uses two representors
