Dear openvswitch developers,
Now, we using ovn for openstack, and setup a bond port with balance-tcp mode
for geneve. When we keep a longrun after 7 days, the ovs-vswitchd is locked.

I'm newer and using ovn for openstack, and we has a problem. when ovn-controller
restarts, the ping has 2+ losed packets from a vm to other vm on different
nodes.

We try to fix issues about that unable to get metadata from localport on
gateway node by the folllowing patch. And this patch assumes that in a logical
switch has only a ha-chassis-group for external ports, put a high priority
flows to forward traffic from localport to localnet in
table:OFTABLE
