On my enviroment, i have two nodes , one is controller and the other is
compute. And this two nodes are in ha_chassis_group.
Tunnel ip are 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.3 on this two nodes.when the two
ip can not reach each other for some reasons, so bfd status is down, this time,
cr-port can not bind to chassis!
Is there any way to bind one chassis for this cr-port? If so, at least one
node can use the cr-port!
