No matter if I try to establish some flows or not, when I create a bridge with netdev and just assign a physical port to it (i remove any Ip on the physical port and assign it to the bridge), when I ping this address, I have duplicates (DUP!).
$ ovs-vsctl add-br br0 $ ovs-vsctl add-port br0 eth0 I tried to set the bridge another MAC than the ETH interface, to solve this issue, but I could not get a reply and did not try further, not knowing if this is the correct way. I also tried to enable/disable promiscious mode on the bridge and on the interface, but it did not help me furhter. This is a very simple scenario, but I cannot find any resources to help me with this issue. Is this an expected behaviour, if the interface is not a DPDK interface?
