I get a way to reproduce the problem.
1. sh reproduce.sh
2. sh del_br.sh
I have reproduced it on ARM64 with kernel-4.1 and x86 on kernel-3.10. I guess
the problem is independent of
kernel version and platform.

Are you using STP or RSTP? There's a bug fix related to them on branch-2.5.
