Thanks for your reply, we are building a new container with 3.1.2 to test in
our lab. I have also raised a Launchpad bug on cloud-archive asking for the
openvswitch version to be bumped on OpenStack ZED. Which is here if anyone is

I am currently facing an issue where OVS is crashing occasionally with the
following error message.
|util(handler59)|EMER|../include/openvswitch/ofpbuf.h:196: assertion offset +
size <= b->size failed in ofpbuf_at_assert()
