I have made some changes to python.m4. PYLIBDIR trusted very much to
LIBPOSTFIX and it was forced to be set to "lib$LIBPOSTFIX". In this case you
didn't install your lib-files in "lib64".
I have added a test and detects if the directory
/usr/local/lib64/python2.4/config/ exists before setting PYL
