Fuse doesn't exist for the windows platform (although there are some projects attempting to provide it.) OWFS should build fine without fuse, just the filesystem won't be created. Web server , ftp server and owserver work wonderfully. As do languages, ownet, shell programs. That is, in Cygwin 1.5
