Hi Gregg, The pullup in the ds2423 is a zillion megohms (datasheet says 28M typical) The 4066 is an analog switch. It does not have pullups or anything like that on the output. Actually it does not really have an output, the in and out sides are interchangeable. It has a typical on resistance of 1
