suggests using a 1-Wire DS2482-100 bridge from AB Electronics to connect to
a DS18B20.
Does anyone know if this board is sold in Canada or the US?

Eventually it has happened: 1wire devices lost!
Yesterday morning I still had no owread errors, my script was reporting only
17 "out of range" errors after running 138 hours. It means 45000 tests by 7
devices it's approx. 300k That is 0.00566% errors. So almost nothing.
