I patched owfs/src/scripts/usb/cygwin/Makefile.am to ignore errors when
installing the dll to /usr/bin.
Normally it's installed in /opt/owfs/bin and then there are no errors. Just
add two '-' before the if statements.

@INSTALL@ /bin/cygw
