Hi Georg,
I did a lot more testing tonight and I am beginning to think that

I'm seeing a number of broken links in the current owncloud.
it looks like they're to the root of the webserver, not the owncloud
directory.
For example, select `caldav link' on the `choose active calendars'

I´m very sorry to say, but yes.
This has to wait. We have more than enough critical bugs that we need to fix in
the next few days.
We can merge it immediately after the ownCloud 4 release.

I report here again the few bugs I made on buggenie concerning : reported as
‘V4.0beta’
It concerns contacts, calendar, picture and versioning apps and began from
oc-590
some are blocking functionalities
. calendar : create event not usable (dialog not displayed correctly)
. pictures : rescan
I am very interested to see the owncloud for mobile implemented but I suppose
it’s a feature for next release.

Exactly.
But, of course, merge only bugfix merge requests for now because we are in
feature freeze and have only a few days left to stabilize ownCloud for the
release. :-)

Hi Jan,
I know Travis for quite some time too (never used it) mainly from all the
ruby/rails projects out there.
I recently had a look at it again and it's really amazing what they support.
But we for sure need more than Travis can offer to us.
Take care,

Hm, I brought up Travis before, it's awesomely active integrated
software with a great team (cheers!).
They also now have pull request support, so once we switch to Github
it will be killer:

Hi Pascal,
thanks a lot for targeting this issue.
We are about to set up out own ci-server using Jenkins.
Why not travis?
With Jenkins we can add some additional analysis tools, which travis simply
doesn't support (like JSLint, php_codesniffer ... etc).
In addition to that we will get automate
A lot of things can easily break - especially when developing in a pace like
Owncloud does. It seems that Owncloud could benefit for some automated testing
of the core features.
Travis-ci is as they say themselves "a hosted continuous integration service
for the open source community".
