[Owncloud] Web Installer: GIve alternative less buggy Version to one-click install (e.g. 5.x)

Any opinion on the following: During use of WebInstaller, at present V 6.00a is installed. It would be good if one could also chose to install the latest stable version of the 5.x branch, e.g. 5.014a. The reason is clear: Too many bugs in V6.x compared to 5.x. Why force the user to install
