Adding a tiny web.config file would solve the IIS SVG issues without
requiring any admin/user intervention. If deemed a good idea, how best
to add to the repo? Post here? I am a registered Github member.

Hello
I've finally tracked down the problem with SVG icons being rendered
oddly when served by IIS. The SVG mime type was not registered with IIS.
The fix is to either
use IIS admin -> MIME types: add .SVG with a mimetype of image/svg+xml
Or add an entry to the relevant web.config

Could you do a "view sourcecode" in the browser and click on one of the
style/css links in the header. What do you see then?
Thanks

Thanks for ownCloud.
ownCloud Installing from the 4.5.0 beta zip seems rather unstable - for
example the File app will spin constantly when an upload is attempted.
It then looks like the server itsefl stops as no subsequent connections

The current release Zip installs correctly
On an otherwise good installation of OC, I am having trouble installing
some apps. Whilst Calendar and Contacts, for example, are installed and
enabled correctly, Themes Manager does not. The Error dialog simply
states 'error while enabling app'.
The OC Tools app does not reports anything unto
