Sure, I agree with this - people can check the issue tracker for
I never said that community contributions are annoying or distracting –
because they are awesome!
I’m just saying that we use Github for development, and everyone’s lives
are easier if issues are filed directly there instead of here on the
mailing list.

I had a similar issue with chromium 22.x
Can you try Right-Click in the browser window and then choose "reload frame",
don't know how it is called exactly.
There is an issue in chromium which causes Shift+F5 not to work correctly.

First, this looks like you have CSS cached because there should be a gap
between both buttons. Try hard reloading and clearing the cache by
Ctrl+Shift+R (or holding shift while pressing the reload button).

I found strange thing:
In berlin meeting we applause on "The Upload Button Was fixed!! WOO cool",
in 4.5.4 in Chrome under Ubnutu 12.04x it is still broken it is not
aligned with NEW button.
