this. For this situation, I will amalgamate the CSS files since I want
to get everything (structure of the DITA maps, number of DITA-OT
plug-ins, etc.) as simple as possible.

There is no such option in the base HTML5 output as far as I know. You
will probably need to create a third CSS which imports those 2 CSSs and
