installed in the "Program Files" where no application has rights to
write content.

Having installed the "new" 19.1 editor on Windows 10, all attempts to run a
transformation scenario on a ditamap that includes markdown files, fail.
Even the sample.xpr project for the Markdown project (garage.ditamap) from the
dita/markdown-dita folder does not work.
