Well as I say often ... as long as Windows XP -> Windows 8 exists so will WPF, Winforms & Silverlight.. so i guess we (.net devs) can wait out the stupidity of that which is Microsoft's developer adoption craziness until either an alternative comes along or a more cleaner approach. Right now if a
