If it’s an app just for you, and you’ve got a dev unlocked account. You can
write a native app for WP7 to do it all. But don’t bother trying to submit it

I have unlocked wp7 phone..what do you mean by native app? I have already
created a wp7 app but when i dial the service codes..its says ‘service codes
can only be entered directly using the phones keypad’

If you’re familiar with C++ & Windows Mobile 6 days, you can write a DLL to
perform those tasks for you, and call that DLL using COM objects in Silverlight.
