mag called Fit Pregnancy which has a lot of exercises and related articles in
it. The mag also has a website - http://www.fitpregnancy.com/
I can't
tell you how beneficial the material is as I have just fallen across
it myself but it might have potential.

the Aust Breastfeeding Association (NMAA)
It is nicely presented, and written to the woman in a way that would be very likely to
build 'breastfeeding confidence'.
