I give
parents information about how a baby might get Hep B (really only if mum is a
carrier - and the consequences of this are dreadful) and the
fact that there is a full course of Hep B vaccines in the normal immunisation
schedule. It soon becomes apparent that it will rarely
I tackle Vit K and Hep B at the same
time. I think the govt sites are pretty funny saying you should have the hep B
but then saying how you get it. The logic of how it's contracted is usually
enough for most people.

Am not at work until next Wednesday – but will try and

the lac consultant tut tutting that the bub wasn’t getting the expressed
milk – bub is also getting valp levels, platelets and LFT’s done!

and Mothers Milk was the book they sent us! It said that these meds were L1
(safe) drugs for bubs…?
