My feeling from all the feedback re consumers is that a majority consider it
is time to make the move. I feel we have an opportunity with the National
Conference in September that can't be left to go by. I've spoken to
National office and I've been told that to get consumers on

For those interested NZCOM has three consumers on it's exec which have been
elected by consumers.

I am trying to formulate a definition for a Family Birth Centre/Birth
Centre. I am endeavourig to do this because I feel the community need to be
made aware as clearly as possible what options are available.
One issue I wish to clarify is how important is the physical
