I agree. I am quite baffled by the amount of angst over IV cannulation...as an independent practitioner in a home setting I would hate to have to wait for the ambos to come before inserting a cannula to deal with a PPH, and personally, having seen the shocking jobs that some drs do putting in ca

could anyone point in the direction of research about the effects of sexual abuse (childhood or as an adult) has on labour. I was having a conversation with a friend of mine and she finds it difficult to believe that the psychological can interrupt the physiological. Thanks Sally _

This reminds me of a beautiful baby who presented face first at home after lying in an oblique position antenatally. Took me by surprise but it was one of the easiest births I have seen. Definately had a bruised and swollen face but it disappeared in a matter of hours, with only residula bruisin
