Just a quick message to let people know that I am managing my nausea better than I had been earlier this week. I realise now that eating when I start to feel really sick actually relieves the nausea for a while - when it comes back, eat some more *rinse, repeat*

The ice cold milk idea was a gem, and I think a visit to my chiropractor has also helped (many joints were malaligned).

So, thanks again to those who took the time to reply. It's not fixed, but certainly managable! (now, where did I leave the Jatz?)
