Dont worry from tearing from an insane gadget sold by the Obs that is really unnecessary if a woman works with her body and births actively.
I guess though that with a private Ob she has the worst chance of birthing actively

I absolutely agree with Justine and Brenda. Artificial tools like the
'Epi-No' merely serve to instill fear
