Great message, thanks. I seem to have got the "bugs" out
now. We are currently doing a consumer write - in campaign to encourage
the minister to properly fund the Community Midwifery
Program. We operate on the 'smell of an oily rag' and heaps of
unpaid work from midwives, administrators and office staff. If anyone in
