I have now had three viruses in as many days sent
via the list from the same address, luckily the anti virus software has stopped
it from getting through so beware
there to see what happens. Please email me directly if it

to date. The infectors are getting smarter and have the new software to hide
it in side another program and then it will unpackage it self. Try a few

Yes it is a haox, and very often by carrying out the instructions in this sort of message, you will delete files that are necessary for the operation of your computer.
