The thing that concerns me is that the baby *might* have lived, but with
terrible health problems as a result. Too many babies are born addicted
to various drugs already.

A lovely considered response.
I have had some exposure to chronic drug users (whilst I was an adviser to a
politician, we were trying to set up a heroin trial!!).
What stands out in relation to drug use is it pretty much boils down to risk
taking behaviour (more often young ma
