No the pain is simply down the side of her L breast. There are no symptoms of mastitus or any other indicators of breast problems that are familiar to me. This is her 4 the baby and she has breast feed all of them. Her baby is currently 6 weeks old and she is tandem feeding a 21 month old. Hope t

Dierdre, does she have any back or shoulder pain? does she describe the stinging pain as going right through into her shoulder blades? has the baby been fussier than usual since the pain started? how long has she been breastfeeding? any other problems or symptoms? on a scale of one to ten, how doe
