I am in publishing site and when I click on Tools .. Quick Deploy option is
grayed out
I am logged in a site as Admin and am part of the Quick Deploy group.
I have checked enabled Quick Deploy option for the Content path for the
site.
Pls give any ideas, solutions..

Maybe not - I've not used them so it looks like asking the question is
paying off already!
I guess there would be a workspace per project, so the only thing I can
think of is when multiple projects are working on the same files.
Can you organise those workspaces into a site structure as detailed
