The closest thing I can find is the SharePoint Web Part Visibility Filter Web
Part - http://spvisibilityfilter.codeplex.com/ - which looks like it can manage
web part display based on query string.
Is that what you had in mind?

Not sure, but based on the code: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_301
I'd check your connection in Outlook (Tools/etc) and make sure that the site
still exists.

Indeed, the HR Lady is going through a bunch of infopath forms to show off to
the new CEO in my absence next week, and found some that were still using http
