We use a combination of SnapManager for SQL, SnapManager for SharePoint (which
is a re-licenced version of AvePoint I think) database mirroring and then
something for the VM's whose name I can't recall at the moment.

Awesome, thanks Chris. I can't really think of anything I need tested, except
perhaps confirmation that both users and admins can update profile photos now.
We don't use the InfoPath web part so that shouldn't be an issue.

Only issue I have had is with the InfoPath web part my button action rules are
not working properly. Got around it with a iframe to formserver.aspx for now.
