Try editing any page layouts that your site is using where you can set any
width/height parameters you might require.

Yes I have seen this and have a call logged with Microsoft Premier Support at
the moment. They have been "researching" the issue for some weeks with still
not status update. We have Office 2003 also and SP2 - seemed to appear also
with the SP2 patch
