When you say the function is disabled, do you mean the link isn't
available under Web Application Management or that the form fields
aren't usable?
Just curious. It seems bizarre that the platform version of IE could

Use the 32 bit version of IE not the 64 Bit (in Administrator mode). That
worked for me.
