Hello pacemaker users,
I noticed that neither "-p" nor "-f" option does not make any sense for

pid_file is never used, and "f" option marked as "Legacy".
Is the ability to run as a daemon disappeared completely?
Also I'd like to know if there are any reasons to worry about the foll
Hello,
I updated last night from RHEL 6.3 to 6.4 (eg. from Pacemaker
1.1.7 to 1.1.8). A few hours later I got into a bit trouble
when the cib process ran out of file handles.
After restarting stuff, I noticed that /proc/cib-pid/fd/ list

It doesn't make sense to me how adding heartbeat specific code helps when
running corosync.
Can you create a bug

Hmmm, this is not good at all.
Can you file bugs for these please?

All the other replies will work, however the original intention was that people
would use

In practice it may be more or less usable than the alternatives.

Hi Felix,
basically you have three option to provide information to the resource agent.
- Resource parameters
- Resource meta attributes
- Node attributes
Let me assume some information for an example.
Your nodes are named nodeA and nodeB.
The hardware address for nodeA shall be 0x30

instance of pacemakerd while fumbling about to get its feature list.
After killing the second instance, crm wouldn't connect to the original
instance. Is this something that should clear itself up given enough
time, or did I just ho

I am up to writing a resource agent for Pacemaker which shall be used in a

Yes, Corosync version is v2.3.1, so I thought that this should work well.
Heartbeat is needed to modified to handle this.
