I'm using pacemaker-1.1.10.
When a pacemaker's process crashed, the node is sometimes fenced or is not

Is this the assumed behavior?
Yes.
Sometimes the dev1 respawns the process

No. corosync no longer supports serial.

I have a two node test cluster running with CMAN plugin. Fencing is not
configured. I see that vsanqa7 sends a message to vsanqa8 to shutdown.
However, it is not clear why vsanqa7 takes this decision.

Does /tmp also contain files called:
"diff:original"
"diff:input"
"diff:new"
?
Those would be very useful.

Hi,
Where can I find information about which versions of pacemaker, cman and

Hi,
Probably safe to disregard this issue... I found I was somehow not
building the latest 1.1.9. After building and installing 1.1.9-cad5efc
the problem appears to have gone away.

Hi,
is it possible to set up network interface as resource so that Pacemaker
enables and disables it as needed? I have need to set up network
interface that has specific MAC address but IP address is determined

Hi,
OK, so I was a little hasty in announcing success, because the issue
only occurs when all three of my nodes are active.
With DRBD resource A managed by nodes c3 and c4, and DRBD resource B
managed by nodes c4 and c5, I can reliably cause a never-ending flapping
failure by performing the steps

Andrew spoke to the pacemaker stuff. I want to reiterate what he said on
fencing though. Fencing *must* be used with cman. If fenced calls a
fence, nothing else will happen un

I don't think such a document exists.
What distro are you using? The best option is usually to use whatever they
provide.
