Please find a custom shell script attached which I sometimes use
for cluster testing. Don't know if that fits your needs.

cluster has reached its static state again, i.e. when PM has finished
moving, promoting etc resources.
Finding this by just watching crm_mon on the screen is not sufficient, I'd
prefer some event for automatic process
