Small update... His xmlrpccpp is no longer the same as xmlrpc++, it is
effectively a fork. I did a diff of the two and there are significant
differences.

Well I've gone back and forth with the developer and of course from his point
of view he doesn't have a problem with bundled libraries since he makes sure it
builds for not just Linux, but BSD, MacOS, etc..
