Second point, the files in gtk-gui are auto generated by Stetic GUI tool, if I
add license it will be removes by de tool when files will regenerate

Package uses either %{buildroot} or $RPM_BUILD_ROOT
Note: Using both %{buildroot} and $RPM_BUILD_ROOT
