Started slowly working on this. Turns out newer version of pytest landed in the
meantime and caused unit tests to fail on my attempts at building for rawhide.

python-jinja is a hard requirement from ARA itself, there are known issues
using macros with a version lower than 2.9 [1].
pytest 2.8.6 also appears to be required for
