There is actually a "known issue" since the role changing does not necessary
implicate a VLAN change and the "reevaluation" is based on the VLAN so if
there's no VLAN change, there's no reevaluation…

We currently do not provide configuration file for thoses devices. Some of our
clients are displaying connection setting so that the users are kind of guided
through
As Tim said, PacketFence doesn't really care about the management network
except for the local one.
As long as PacketFence can communicate with the network equipment and the
network equipment can communicate with PacketFence.

Yes the change is supposed to take place immediately if the node is currently
"connected".
Looks like a deauth issue.
Can you double check the logs (less /usr/local/pf/logs/packetfence.log | grep
"ERROR") and see if there's any SNMP or anything related to deauth

Pages", default. Just remove the "Enable self registration" option.
