I think I need to start over on the PKI. What is the best way to start
over? I believe I deleted the only user (thought I was deleting an api
user).

I got so lost in this so I re-installed the system and started over.
It appears that I may have missed something in the Interface
configuration but was unable to work out what it is.
Next time it happens, if indeed it does, I shall follow your
suggestion and see if it can be reproduce

I have running instance of PacketFence with 802.1x protocol (Out-of-band). I
also configured "IP Helpers" appropriately so that PF can see queries from dhcp.
I see IP addressees assigned by dhcp server. But some of the devices have fixed
IP (don't use dhcp).

i have installed the latest packetfence version on a centos 7.6.
The issue is that i am unable to configure it. First off the continue
button is unresponsive and reloads the page each time therefore even if i
go through each individual page, i cannot start the packetfence services in
the conf

I have the same issue when deleting an interface and I don't know if it is that
way by design.
Note: I recommend not touching "Management", Registration" or "Isolation"
interfaces.
Best way to delete a VLAN is to use the CLI:
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/
