[PacketFence-users] Packetfence Graphs

2020-01-15 Thread Austin Lawrence via PacketFence-users
Hello, Just out of curiosity - what tool/engine runs the dashboard graphs? I think they look great and would be a good tool to have for some other projects. Thanks! Austin Lawrence, CCNP R&S | System Administrator ___ PacketFence-users mailing list

[PacketFence-users] Clients not disconnecting when deregistered

2020-01-15 Thread Lierman, Andrew via PacketFence-users
I have had trouble the past couple versions of packetfence. When I deregistered a client in the web interface, the clients would instantly disconnect from WiFi. The current behavior is that it stays connected to Wifi but just has no network access. Is this correct or should the WLC kick the client

[PacketFence-users] VLAN Filters & Unregistration Date

2020-01-15 Thread Ryan Radschlag via PacketFence-users
We're trying to create a VLAN filter to keep our devices perpetually registered by adding 3 months of time to the unregdate so devices that are used regularly remain registered and devices that aren't fall out of registration after 3 months from the last use. Looking at some threads I see that

Re: [PacketFence-users] Portal/RADIUS Behavior - Post-Registration

2020-01-15 Thread Ryan Radschlag via PacketFence-users
The problem with the dpsk provisioner that displays the page with "Here is your key for SSID: Whatever" is there is no way to continue on from there that I see. Is there a link I can put on that page that will register the node to the user and then send a RADIUS disconnect request to boot them f

After doing a little digging it appears that the valid_date regex is: /^\d{4}\-((0[1-9])|(1[0-2]))\-((0[1-9])|([12][0-9])|(3[0-1]))\s+(([01][0-9])|(2[0-3]))(:[0-5][0-9]){2}$/ Which only accepts -MM-dd hh:mm:ss and doesn't accept an access duration as https://sourceforge.net/p/packetfence/mail

And digging some more, it looks like the message is merely a warning when the date runs through that function. The unreg date is actually being updated, however the node detail page fields are being cached by the browser and require a cache refresh to display the updated information. -Ryan T

Hello Oskar, in fact when you do mac authentication the status of the node in packetfence is the "User" in that case. So just reg the mac and assign a role and you will be ok. Regards Fabrice Le 20-01-14 à 16 h 40, oskar svedman via PacketFence-users a écrit : Hi, Need some guidelines and
